For submitting online, your combined files can't be more than 10MB (megabytes) in size. No individual file can exceed 6MB.
To reduce the size of your files you can:
- Scan your documents in black & white instead of colour
- Adjust your scanner to capture documents in a lighter shade
- Set your scanner to a lower resolution in dpi (dots per inch)
Which digital file types are acceptable?
You can upload the following file types through FirstNet:
- JPG (JPEG)
- PNG
- BMP

Please check that all your forms are legible before submitting them. Also ensure that all required sections have been completed.
