Clive van Horen

Clive joined CFS as Group CEO in January 2024. Before joining CFS, Clive was CEO of Suncorp Bank from 2020 and prior to that spent 10 years at CBA where he held a variety of leadership roles in retail, business banking and risk. Earlier in his career, Clive worked in financial services, consulting and public policy in South Africa, including Nedbank and the South African National Treasury. Clive is a chartered accountant and holds a PhD in Economics. He served on the Board of Tour de Cure, a leading cancer charity, from 2020 to 2024 as well as other not-for-profit organisations.
Kelly Power

Kelly Power

Kelly was appointed CEO of Superannuation in July 2021 and is executive director of the Trustee Board. Kelly oversees the superannuation business and is responsible for investments, product and strategy. Kelly is also a member of the Financial Services Council Board. Prior to CFS, Kelly was head of platforms at BT Financial Group.
Kelly has a Bachelor of Communication from UTS, Diploma of Management from Australian Institute of Management, Diploma of Financial Services from Integratec and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
Jeroen Buwalda

Jeroen Buwalda

Jeroen has vast experience driving corporate strategy and transformational change in wealth management, asset management and financial services organisations across Europe, Asia and Australia. Jeroen is responsible for technology, operations and transformation.
Prior to CFS, Jeroen was chief operating officer of Eastspring Investments in Singapore, partner at EY in Hong Kong and led the APAC Wealth and Asset Management advisory practice. Jeroen holds a Master of Economics from Erasmus University, Netherlands.
Tania Foster

Tania Foster

Tania joined CFS in October 2022 and is accountable for all financial and statutory reporting, treasury, tax, payroll, procurement and fund services.
Tania has extensive experience across numerous regions and industries. Prior to CFS, Tania was CFO of ASX listed Elders Ltd and held a number of senior roles at NAB and ANZ across finance, product and sales management, transformation, data and operations.
Tania’s formal qualifications include an MBA, Bachelor of Commerce and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Richard Burns

Richard Burns

Richard joined CFS in October 2024 and oversees the customer business unit, focusing on direct customer engagement, marketing, brand, bank distribution, and customer data and analytics.
He brings over 25 years of experience leading teams, building and driving strategic transformation. As the former Managing Director of CommSec, Richard has a strong background in digital, marketing, and customer experience. Before rejoining CommSec in 2018, he led Customer Experience and Technology at Aussie Home Loans.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Merit, majoring in Marketing and Finance from UNSW.
Bryce Quirk

Bryce Quirk

Bryce is responsible for managing the distribution of CFS products and services through external intermediated channels.
Prior to CFS, Bryce was the head of account management at BT Financial Group. Bryce has held other executive management roles within BT Financial Group specialising in product distribution, account management and project execution.
Bryce holds a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University.
Shenaz Waples

Shenaz Waples

Shenaz joined CFS in July 2021 and is accountable for all aspects of human resource management. Shenaz has extensive experience leading HR and transformation programs in the financial services industry.
Prior to CFS, Shenaz was the chief human resources officer at MLC Australia and held senior executive roles at Westpac.
Shenaz has an eMBA from UNSW and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Insead, Strategic IQ program at Harvard University and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
Chris de Wit

Chris has extensive experience in risk, regulatory transformation and remediation programs and designing dynamic risk assessments across banking, insurance and wealth management across Europe, Asia and Australia/NZ.
Prior to CFS, Chris was a senior partner at KPMG focusing on risk consulting, regulator remediation and payments. Prior to this, Chris held executive roles at organisations such as Westpac, ASB, AIA, and EY. Chris is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, (finance and accounting) from University of Canterbury, Christchurch.
