Simply log in to FirstNet through any web browser, or with our mobile app on the go. If you’re a FirstWrap member, here are the self-service options for you. 

Accessing FirstNet for the first time

 

If you haven’t registered for FirstNet, setting yourself up only takes a few minutes. You’ll need to provide your:

Start managing your account

 

Once you’ve registered, log in using your Member ID (OIN) and password. You’ll then see your FirstNet dashboard and account management features, where you can: 

  • If you have one account, your dashboard will be the first page you see.
  • If you have more than one account, the dashboard will display your entire portfolio including its total value. 

Super accounts

  • Click on ‘Transactions’ to view all your transactions on the account

Investment and pension accounts

  • You’ll immediately see your five most recent transactions, including date, description, dollar amount and status (whether complete or pending)
  • Click on ‘View more transactions’ for an additional 15 transactions
  • If you’d like to see more than 15 – click on ‘Transaction history’ and you’ll be taken to the ‘My Accounts’ section of FirstNet. 
  • Follow the steps to update your details (including email address)
  • Changing your name or updating your mobile number? For security reasons, please call us on 13 13 36 from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, Sydney time.

Super accounts

  • Select Investments from the blue account navigation.

Investment and pension accounts

  • The dashboard displays a table which lists the units, unit price and value for each of the investment options in your account
  • Numbers are current as at the date you can see under the ‘Investment Summary’ heading.

  • Once you’ve switched online, your request is automatically accepted by our system.
  • You’ll need to provide a few details about your account
  • We’ll verify your reset password by sending a secure code to your linked mobile phone number.
