A reminder that we’ve introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for FirstChoice clients to provide extra protection against unauthorised account access.
Members will now need to verify their identity with a one-time passcode sent to their registered mobile number or email when logging in online, using the CFS mobile app, or calling CFS.
What happens if my employee does not have a registered email or mobile number?
When your affected employee logs into their online account they will be prompted to call CFS.
To ensure your employees continue to have uninterrupted access to their accounts, please let them know it’s important to keep their contact details up to date.
