We're planning on introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) from 18 November to provide extra protection against unauthorised account access.

This will mean members will need to verify their identity with a one-time pin sent to their registered mobile number or email when logging in online or calling CFS.

MFA will be introduced on the mobile app in early December.

What happens if my employee does not have a registered email or mobile number?

When your affected employee logs into their online account they will be prompted to call CFS.

To ensure your employees continue to have uninterrupted access to their accounts, please let them know it’s important to keep their contact details up to date.

The CFS Privacy Policy explains how we use member data and there’s more information on staying safe online for your employees on our website.

Thank you for your support as we prepare to enhance member account security.

Please reach out to your local CFS representative if you have any questions.

What you need to know?

Ask your employees to review their contact details. Members must have a mobile phone number and email address on file to avoid account access issues.
